Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm throughout the year, with the exception of holiday hours that we post on our website, social media pages and on our Google business profile.

Our agency operates remotely so we do not have a traditional brick and mortar office to visit. While people often schedule calls on our appointment calendar, you can also schedule a virtual meeting for that more in-person feel if preferred.

Sonon Insurance has an extensive amount of services, easy to use online appointment scheduling, online enrollment options and after-hours support from carriers like GEICO, Travelers and Progressive by using their national service centers.

The reason the industry is trending towards independent agents is because being independent of any one carrier gives us the freedom to do what’s best for you, not the carrier. We can analyze your needs, shop plans and provide a comprehensive review of what our suggestions would be, so that when the day comes that you need help with a claim, the coverage you need will be there for you.

Our founder, Justin Sonon has been a licensed insurance agent since 2006, along with industry experience dating back to the mid-1990’s prior to being licensed.

Sonon Insurance offers many carriers for personal and business lines of insurance. Our full list of carriers is posted on our carrier page, but some of our carrier partners include GEICO, Travelers, Progressive, Openly, American Modern, Foremost, UnitedHealthcare, Globe Life, Hagerty, Highmark and many more.

We are located in Exton, Pennsylvania, but hold insurance licenses for our clients in Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, Illinois, Georgia and Florida.
